Hope everyone is enjoying the Fall. We are going through some new steps with the film. Yes even after all this time lovely and amazing things are still happening for us. Concerning the DVD we are announcing that as of now we are not able to sell our DVD to folks in Eastern Canada. Basically Ontario and surrounding provinces. We will let you know when this changes. But from Saskatchewan all the way west you are free to purchase it. We would really like to screen our film in Ontario and any Eastern province on a big screen so during this process the DVD will not be available. We thank all of you who have actually purchased our film. Man it means A LOT!!!

The DVD and CD for Lovers in a Dangerous Time is now available folks. Get them while their hot! We put a lot of work into them. The Films encoding looks and sounds amazing. There are two extras with behind the scenes footage and deleted scenes. The CD is 8 tracks. 7 tracks are all original songs written by JBM and a great cover of Bruce Cockburn’s Lovers in a Dangerous Time by JBM. Check them out. Click on our store. Very easy process. Help us spread the word and tell your friends. Will be sending out  10 t-shirts to randomly selected people after 100 DVD’s are sold :)

Perhaps we still have some Canadian in us to withstand cold weather! I was worried that the California sun had spoiled us too much. We have had quite a few interviews last week and have many more set up for this week. We had a great time doing a radio show in Calgary for CBC radio with Russel Bowers for his show Daybreak Alberta. It should be aired this weekend on Saturday as well as a podcast  here

We will be on the GLOBAL morning show on Wednesday as well as shooting an interview on SHAW TV. We watched an episode of ELLEN this morning so we can be prepared for the interviews :)

We visited Mark’s old alma mater of The University of Calgary to promote the film. He took me to the DEN bar where he and friends had many a party. He was very sad to see that the interior had been updated and no longer looked like a old school barn bar.

Well after way too long we finally have the website the way we always wanted. We loved our old one but it was a bit frustrating not being able to write and communicate with you all right from our site.  And we love doing that. So here we are. Welcome to our new site. Tomorrow we venture from Los Angeles CA, to fly to Calgary, Alberta and open our film for it’s official theatrical release. This is such a big deal for us. Getting into theater’s doesn’t always happen for indie film. So we hope you can brave the cold and venture out to your local Landmark Theatre in these cities thus far, Calgary AB, Kelowna, BC, Cranbrook BC, and where we shot our film Creston BC. Very exciting! Hope to see you there!

Other news. The DVD and CD is coming soon! We sent the artwork to press last week and they will be ready soon.
